Placing an order

To place an order with us please complete our simple Order Form.

Include your postcode if you would like to arrange delivery (see below).

Please note that dome sizes are taken from the outside of the glass. Please check carefully. The glass is 2/3mm thick.

If you are looking for a dome to fit on to a base that you already have, most of the time it will be like looking for a needle in a haystack. If you can’t find exactly what you’re looking for on our Domes page, please let us know using our order form and we may have a dome available which is not listed on the website. It’s always worth getting in touch!

Once you have received a quote, if you would like to go ahead with your order we will forward an invoice. Goods are dispatched when payment is received.

On receipt of payment we will either arrange for your dome to be delivered as soon as is possible which will normally be within 1 week, or make your dome available for collection.

We are happy to receive payment by cheque or by PayPal.

Shipping information

We have carefully selected our high-quality courier. Your dome will always arrive in one piece. Please contact us with your postcode for a shipping estimate.

Please note that our courier is used for delivery only and cannot be used for returns. Should you wish to return your dome to us, please contact us.

Collection from Bishop’s Stortford, Hertfordshire or 1.5 miles from Gatwick Airport can be arranged – please contact us to make arrangements.

If you would like to arrange to have your dome collected from us by a delivery service of your choice, we cannot take any responsibility for any damage which occurs during transport.

Fully insured international shipping is also available. Please supply us with your address/postal code and we will provide a quote.
